Features & Benefits
Friction-Free Operation and Extended Service Life
The triple-offset design enables immediate seat disengagement upon opening and final-stage contact upon closing, requiring low breakaway torque.
Anti-blowout Stem Design
The one-piece stem is manufactured from high-strength stainless steel to withstand high differential pressure. The stepped structure effectively prevents stem blowout and enhances valve safety.
Packing Freeze Protection
The extended bonnet positions the stem packing away from cryogenic media to maintain packing integrity and service life.
Interchangeable Sealing Components
With an independent seat construction, both the valve seat and sealing ring are replaceable and interchangeable.
Low Fugitive Emission Design
The packing system features a Belleville spring live-loading compensation design to minimize fugitive emissions at the packing in accordance with TA-Luft emission standards.
