VBJG-300001 All-Metal Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve
The all-metal triple-offset butterfly valve features a pure metal-to-metal hard-surface sealing pair without non-metal interlayers. Therefore, it is high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, erosion-resistant, and fire-resistant. It has an advancetd structure, reliable sealing, long service life, and low cost. It also has regulating and shut-off functions. It is an economical and practical automatic control valve, widely used in fluid conditions with high flow rates, medium and low pressure differences, and strict leakage requirements. It is especially suitable for high-temperature and fire-resistant applications.

Features & Benefits
Friction-Free Operation and Extended Service Life
The triple-offset design enables immediate seat disengagement upon opening and final-stage contact upon closing, requiring low breakaway torque.
Anti-blowout Stem Design
The one-piece stem is manufactured from high-strength stainless steel to withstand high differential pressure. The stepped structure effectively prevents stem blowout and enhances valve safety.
Inherent Fire Safety
Constructed entirely from metallic fire-resistant materials, this valve is inherently fire-safe and certified to fire test standards including API 607 and API 6FA.
Replaceable Sealing Components for Easy Maintenance
The valve seat and sealing ring are independent, removable components, enabling sealing elements to be replaced without full valve disassembly, significantly reducing maintenance downtime and lowering maintenance costs.
Compact, Lightweight Design
Compared with conventional gate valves and globe valves, this valve offers substantially reduced size and weight — typically ranging from one-third to one-half the weight of a comparable gate valve. This saves installation space and reduces piping support loads.
