VBJG-300002 Multi-Layer Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve
The multi-layer triple-offset butterfly valve has a sealing ring made of a multi-layer composite of stainless steel sheet and graphite (or high-temperature resistant non-metallic material), which has both elastic compensation and metal strength. Therefore, it has an advanced structure, reliable sealing, long service life, and low cost. It has both adjustment and shut-off functions. It is an economical and practical automatic control valve and is widely used to control fluid media with large flow rates, medium and low pressure differences, and requires tight leakage.

Features & Benefits
Friction-Free Operation and Extended Service Life
The triple-offset design enables immediate seat disengagement upon opening and final-stage contact upon closing, requiring low breakaway torque.
Anti-blowout Stem Design
The one-piece stem is manufactured from high-strength stainless steel to withstand high differential pressure. The stepped structure effectively prevents stem blowout and enhances valve safety.
Low Operating Torque for Energy Efficiency
The offset design shifts the disc’s center of gravity, and the fluid-induced torque acts in a direction that assists valve opening, resulting in low operating torque. This may allow the use of a smaller actuator, potentially reducing equipment investment and energy consumption during operation.
Replaceable Sealing Components for Easy Maintenance
The multi-layer sealing ring is independent and removable, enabling sealing elements to be replaced without full valve disassembly, significantly reducing maintenance downtime and lowering maintenance costs.
Compact, Lightweight Design
Compared with conventional gate valves and globe valves, this valve offers substantially reduced size and weight — typically ranging from one-third to one-half the weight of a comparable gate valve. This saves installation space and reduces piping support loads.
