DFYT Integrated Orifice Flowmeter
The DFYT Integrated Orifice Flowmeter incorporates an orifice plate, a three-valve manifold, a differential pressure transmitter, and temperature/pressure compensation into a single unit. Each unit is pressure-tested as a complete assembly prior to delivery, with actual flow calibration available as an option. The straight pipe section is precision bored and honed, ensuring high accuracy and excellent coaxiality. The design allows for straightforward installation and maintenance, with an accuracy of up to Class 0.5.

Features & Benefits
Integrated Design, Easy Installation
The throttling device is fully integrated with the impulse piping—no field-installed impulse lines, condensate pots, or manifold valves required. Installation labor is reduced by over 50% compared to conventional orifice plates, fundamentally eliminating long-term maintenance headaches such as line plugging, leakage, and freeze-up.
Precision-Machined Body
The meter run is gun-drilled and bored as one piece, with low internal surface roughness and high coaxial alignment. This ensures concentricity between the throttling device and pipe, keeping the discharge coefficient stable and drift-free over long-term operation.
Full Three-Parameter Compensation, Direct Standard-Volume Output
On-board differential pressure, pressure, and temperature sensors provide real-time compensation and direct output of standard-volume or mass flow at 0.5% accuracy—no secondary DCS calculation required.
Seven Process Connections for Flexible Adaptation
Seven connection codes A/B/E/F/G/H/I cover flange-clamped, butt-welded, and threaded configurations to meet diverse disassembly and sealing requirements—adapting to everything from high-pressure steam to corrosive media.
Symmetric Structure for Bi-Directional Flow, Maintenance-Free
The symmetric body supports bi-directional flow measurement. With no moving parts and no wear components, long-term operating maintenance is minimal.
