AT Pneumatic Rack and Pinion Actuator
The AT Pneumatic Rack and Pinion Actuator features a simple construction, a lightweight design, corrosion resistance, effective heat dissipation, fast response, and stable, reliable operation. These characteristics make it suitable for demanding environments such as the chemical and energy industries. Often installed on small to medium-sized rotary valves, it serves as an important drive solution for industrial pipeline valves.

Features & Benefits
Compact and stylish combined design
The double-acting actuator and the spring-return (single-acting) actuator share the same cylinder, end cover, piston, and other components, offering strong versatility and reduced inventory. By adding or removing spring assembly modules, or by fitting the piston teeth in different ways, different modes of action can be changed on site.
Two independent external travel stops
Two independent travel stop bolts at 0° and 90° allow convenient ±5° travel adjustment.
Cylinder block with anodic oxidation
The cylinder is drawn from ASTM 6005 aluminum alloy, delivering high strength and an attractive appearance.
Piston structure:
Double piston rack and pinion structure, with a compact overall structure, symmetrical installation, long service life, and fast action.
Drive shaft with strong versatility and anti-fracture structure
With alloy steel and a nickel-plated surface, the one-piece output shaft offers high precision and high strength.
