Features & Benefits
Modular design
The AW series adopts a modular design. Each box module can be paired with different combinations of cylinder modules and spring modules, making assembly easier and facilitating on-site maintenance and replacement. Its replaceability and storability help shorten the supply cycle.
High-strength and compact design
The all-weather protective center box module is made of carbon steel or nodular cast iron to ensure sufficient strength. An optimized combination approach provides favorable torque output characteristics.
Wear resistance and anti-corrosion
The inner surface of the cylinder is chrome-plated or Teflon-sprayed to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The piston rod and guide rod undergo quality surface treatment and are combined with self-lubricating bearings to ensure good wear resistance and extend service life.
Waterproof protection
O-rings are fitted at the box, cover, and other locations to prevent external moisture from entering. The ingress protection rating can reach IP67.
Maintenance-free operation
Each AW actuator can deliver long-term, efficient operation without maintenance.
